Originally established in 1994, under the name of Yahia Abdel
Mageed & Partners (YAM & Partners), in Khartoum, Sudan and changed in 1998 to
the present name “YAM Consultancy & Development
Co. Ltd.” (YAM-CDC). The Company
aims to mobilize professional, academic, and technical capabilities in the
different fields of investment and development.
YAM-CDC’s
shareholders are highly qualified professionals with
extensive experience in engineering, agriculture, industry, environment, finance
and economics, restructuring, privatization and evaluation studies. They are
closely associated with the development of the Sudan. They have experience in
project planning, negotiations, financing and implementation, as well as having
intensive relations with regional and international development funding
institutions.
YAM-CDC is owned by YAM & Partners, consultants and technologists,
all of whom have been practicing consultancy services inside and outside Sudan.
YAM-CDC’s record is thus accumulated from the experience of YAM
& Partners and the wide professional base of its shareholders, associates &
part-time Consultants.
